Impact Academic provides digital educational products, including ebooks, online courses, downloadable learning materials and educational bundles.

Because these products are delivered electronically and may be accessed immediately, purchases are generally final once the purchased digital content has been delivered or made accessible.

We do not offer voluntary refunds for:

A change of mind after delivery or access.
Failure to complete a course.
Deciding that a clearly described product is no longer wanted.
Failure to achieve particular income or business results.
Personal dissatisfaction unrelated to a defect or material misdescription.
